About The Position
Entry-Level Bathroom Remodel Assistant (W-2 Apprentice) ReBath – Pittsburgh, PA Salary: $52,000 - $65,000+ a year (Based on experience) Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Employee Position Stop Just Having a Job. Start a Career in the Trades. Are you currently working as a helper for a local contractor? Tired of the "gig" life with no benefits and no clear path to a higher paycheck? ReBath—the nation’s largest bathroom remodeling company—is looking for motivated Apprentice Installers. You will work directly under a Lead Installer, learning the specialized skills needed to become a Master Remodeler. We don't just want a helper; we want someone we can train into a Lead Installer making $72K - $100K+ in the future.
Requirements
- Some Construction Knowledge: You know how to use basic power tools and aren't afraid of a tape measure.
- Work Ethic: You show up on time, every time, and you’re ready to work hard.
- Professionalism: You are polite, clean-cut, and customer-focused.
- Must pass a background check and drug test and have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Installer with demolition, site prep, and the installation of high-end bathroom systems.
- Gain hands-on experience in trim carpentry, light plumbing, and bathroom fixtures.
- Help manage tools, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and provide top-notch service to our homeowners.
