Requirements

Motivated to learn, grow, and become a Journeyman.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems with a positive attitude.
Pride in craftsmanship and teamwork.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with proper equipment).
Flexibility to work any day, including weekends.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Learn and master trade skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Install flooring and related products according to company standards and customer specifications.
Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service during installations.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
