About The Position

We are seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to work closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that effectively manage time and resources to ensure on‑time project delivery. This role requires strong coordination with project leadership and field teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Primavera P6
  • Strong experience in project scheduling and schedule management
  • Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
  • Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to internal project management systems
  • Self‑motivated and professional, with a positive and collaborative approach
  • Ability to lead and influence others to support continuous process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Project Manager to create, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Develop project timetables to manage time, resources, and sequencing of work
  • Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to support schedules from implementation through project completion
  • Monitor installation and project progress to ensure alignment with established schedules
  • Identify, anticipate, and address schedule variances; escalate risks and discrepancies to Project Management as needed
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports by providing accurate schedule data and analysis
  • Manage workload distribution across project phases
  • Participate in onsite meetings with field leadership and project stakeholders
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
