Responsibilities

Perform unique tasks for each part produced by the P2001 press.
Horizontal lift (Frequently) – 35# to lift a stack of 3 rails off the end waist high conveyer belt.
Low lift (Frequently) – 35# to lower and place the stack of rails in the storage bin.
Torso twist, forward bend, and reach (Frequently) – During the process of moving the rails the employee twists at the waist, bends, and reaches to slot the rails in the correct spot.
Push/Pull (Occasionally) – 60# to move the full storage bins to the fork lift pick up spot.
Maintain standing tolerance, vision, and hearing (Continuously).
