Responsibilities
- The P2001 press produces many different parts using multiple dies.
- The employees perform a unique task for each part.
- Horizontal lift (Frequently) – 35# to lift a stack of 3 rails off the end waist high conveyer belt.
- Low lift (Frequently) – 35# to lower and place the stack of rails in the storage bin.
- Torso twist, forward bend, and reach (Frequently) – During the process of moving the rails the employee twists at the waist, bends, and reaches to slot the rails in the correct spot.
- Push/Pull (Occasionally) – 60# to move the full storage bins to the fork lift pick up spot.
- Standing tolerance, vision, and hearing (Continuously)
