About The Position

Beagle Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Residential Service Plumber to serve Bridgeport, Connecticut, and surrounding areas. The company provides residential and/or commercial customers with plumbing technology intended to help prevent water damage. The role involves installing smart devices on plumbing systems and educating customers about how the devices work, while providing professional customer interactions. Products and systems include Flo by Moen, Flume monitors, Notion kits, Phyn systems, FloLogic, Leak Defense, and other risk-mitigating technologies. The position may also involve helping train and lead junior field team members, depending on experience. Tools, a cell phone, parts and materials, a uniform, and a vehicle are provided. The company states that the role does not require on-call or weekend schedules.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in residential service plumbing.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
Knowledge of various types of water supply systems.
Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and providing service.
Professional and punctual conduct.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report check.

Nice To Haves

Active Connecticut Journeyman license.
Knowledge of smart technology, including linking apps to Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities
