P1 Licensed Plumber
About The Position
Beagle Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Residential Service Plumber for Bridgeport, Connecticut, and surrounding areas. The position serves residential and/or commercial customers by installing smart devices on plumbing systems and explaining how the technology can help prevent water damage. Products include Flo by Moen systems, Flume monitors, Notion kits, Phyn systems, FloLogic, Leak Defense, and other risk-mitigation technologies. The role requires residential plumbing service experience, familiarity with different water supply systems, and the ability to perform basic fixture, valve, and appliance installations, as well as troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems. Depending on experience, the plumber may also train and lead junior field team members. The company emphasizes professional customer interactions and provides tools, a cell phone, parts and materials, and a uniform. The role does not require on-call or weekend schedules.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in residential plumbing service.
- Active Connecticut Journeyman license is a plus.
- Familiarity with various types of water supply systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions and service.
- Must pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle report checks.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of smart technology, including linking apps to Wi-Fi.
- Interest in cutting-edge residential and commercial water technology.
- Active Connecticut Journeyman license.
- Experience that could support training and leading junior field team members.
