About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Digital Transformation, or Change Management.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, global initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect learning initiatives directly to business strategy and financial outcomes.
  • Relentless focus on measuring impact and demonstrating value.
  • Excel at building relationships and influencing without direct authority.
  • Natural ability to build communities, foster collaboration, and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • Deep understanding of modern digital trends, including Artificial Intelligence, automation, data analytics, and the changing nature of work.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with rapid execution and iteration.
  • Player-coach mentality.
  • Exceptional communication skills; compelling storyteller capable of articulating a clear and inspiring vision to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead a global digital capability program focused on Digital skills, including AI, automation, and leveraging intelligent agents.
  • Define core skills, competencies, and behavioral shifts required for Associates at all levels and recommend a holistic approach to driving change.
  • Establish a clear, outcome-driven framework for the program, partnering with business units to identify KPIs and ensure capability-building efforts are tied to measurable business results.
  • Develop and implement a robust measurement strategy to track skill acquisition and the impact of applying new digital capabilities, reporting on progress and ROI to senior leadership.
  • Act as a central connector and catalyst for change, building, nurturing, and leveraging a global network of 'Digital Champions' and subject matter experts.
  • Forge a strong partnership with leaders in Digital Technology (especially the AI COE), P&O business partners, and Mars University to ensure program integration.
  • Curate and co-create a portfolio of learning experiences in partnership with Mars University.
  • Serve as the lead evangelist for the future of work at Mars, developing and executing a compelling communication plan to drive adoption and embed a culture of continuous learning.
