About The Position

The P-Mobile Associate supports retail sales by engaging customers and promoting wireless products and services in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building customer relationships, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting with sales transactions. Associates develop customer service and product knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on experience. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, and skill development. The work contributes to the customer experience and T-Mobile’s presence and performance in the wireless retail market.

During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. The stated hourly base pay is $17, plus $5 per hour in training pay. T-Mobile guarantees employees at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status.

Travel is not required. The position is not DOT-regulated and is not safety-sensitive.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Required skills: collaboration, communication, customer needs identification, customer service, mobile telecommunications, product knowledge, sales, sales techniques, and technical demonstrations.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in serving customers and providing product demonstrations to support sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting personalized device and service solutions that meet their individual needs.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, and retail processes.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management.
