Requirements

  • Typically 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management.
  • Experience managing application development, maintenance, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Proven experience handling geographically distributed teams.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP / PRINCE2
  • Agile Scrum Master or SAFe certifications
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery and execution.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee reviews.
  • Manage client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Lead distributed delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Capgemini delivery processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive change management and business adoption where required.
  • Support account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and opportunity identification.
  • Manage project P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, and delivery KPIs.
