About The Position

Established Agency seeking a producer with a hunter mentality. Must have comprehensive understanding of P&C Insurance, be a networking rock star, and demonstrate a clear ability to recognize broker needs. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Comfortable thinking outside the box and overcoming obstacles. Consultative sales. Prior sales experience. Must possess excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette. Ability to travel within their assigned territory Work independently and as part of a team to drive agency revenue. Apply problem solving techniques to various issues. Ability to work with multiple carriers & grow broker network.
