Remote: Licensed P&C Insurance Intake Producer (Hourly + Bonus)

About The Position
Linden Insurance Services LLC is hiring licensed P&C insurance professionals to answer inbound calls, collect customer information, and enter clean intakes into our system. This is a high-volume phone role. You are not responsible for the full sales cycle - our internal team handles quoting, closing, and binding. Your job is to answer quickly, follow the script, gather accurate information, and create a clean handoff.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license in good standing
- Able to provide license number / NPN for verification
- Comfortable on the phone and in a high-volume environment
- Fast, accurate data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- U.S.-based
Nice To Haves
- E&S / surplus lines experience
- Small commercial insurance experience
- Agency, CSR, producer, or account manager background
- Multi-state licensing
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from insurance prospects
- Collect required information using our intake form
- Enter accurate notes and customer details into our system
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
- Hand off completed intakes to our closing team
Benefits
- $18–$22/hour base
- Weekly bonuses for policies that bind from your completed intakes
- Bonus is based on both bind volume and bind percentage
