About The Position
Established broker seeking experienced producer with a hunter mentality. Must have comprehensive understanding of personal and commercial insurance, be a networking rock star, and demonstrate a clear ability to recognize customer needs and provide guidance in choosing appropriate coverage. Agency is run like a family, and family comes first. Very low turnover and lots of opportunity.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of personal and commercial insurance
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with multiple carriers
- Must carry an active P&C license
