About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crop Account Manager / P&C Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a portfolio of crop and property & casualty (P&C) insurance accounts, with a focus on servicing and renewing existing policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. This position is primarily in-office, with the potential for remote work after an initial evaluation period.

Requirements

P&C license required.
Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing accounts.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in insurance account management.
Additional education in insurance or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business consisting of 600-700 policies, with an average premium size of $130,000 - $150,000.
Handle policy renewals and provide servicing support for existing accounts.
Collaborate with the crop team supervisor and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Complete required training and certifications, including a 12-hour crop insurance class within the first month of employment.
