The Distillery Restaurants Corp., creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Madrina Bar y Tapas and Distillery Events (Archeo and The Distillery District - Loft) is growing and looking for an experienced Oyster Shucker to grow with us! Our venues are located in the Distillery Historic District, one of Canada's most exciting art and shopping destinations and home to some of the top-ranked restaurants in the City of Toronto. We are actively seeking a reliable and motivated OYSTER SHUCKER who loves food (and oysters!), takes pride in their growing craft and wants to contribute to a high-achieving, the team-oriented kitchen! Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered for this role. There are two positions currently vacant, and we are aiming for a start date in April and May. These positions will end in January 2027. What you’ll experience with The DRC: $18.00-$20.00 PER HOUR, plus tips, and food discounts at all our restaurants. CAREER GROWTH.
