About The Position

The Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As an Ownership Zone Manager, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers. As an Ownership Zone Manager, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers with support in areas such as Mobile Service Enrollments, Launch, Productivity, and Profitability; Pickup & Delivery Sustainment; Service Scheduling and Digital Tools (Ford Service Reservation+); Service Process / Shop Productivity; Customer Pay RO Growth; Service NPS; Warranty RO Duration /VOR Resolution; Service Lane Selling; and Tier 1-3 Marketing Alignment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field)
  • 0-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Must be willing and able to relocate, both now and in the future
  • Travel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
