Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an Owner’s Representative Project Manager to work on public-sector projects (healthcare, public community facilities, K-12, higher ed, municipal, etc.). This role involves managing all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk, throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction, occupancy, and closeout. The position requires interfacing with clients and consultants, developing detailed project plans, monitoring performance, managing change control, and ensuring effective communication and reporting. Financial management, quality control, and adherence to safety, health, and environment standards are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will work within a dynamic team environment while also being able to perform independently and may have SOX control responsibilities.
