Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an Owner’s Representative Project Manager to work on public-sector projects (healthcare, public community facilities, K-12, higher ed, municipal, etc.). This role involves managing all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk, throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction, occupancy, and closeout. The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface with the client and other consultants, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout all project stages. The position requires strong financial management skills, quality control adherence, and the ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment. SOX control responsibilities may also be part of this role.
