About The Position

The Owner's Project Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Group’s quickly growing Outsourced Technical Services(OTS) team at a client site near Boston, MA. Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of PM Group’s ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. We have over 50 years’ industry experience, strong technical knowledge and integrated resources. Clients look to us to provide experienced technical professionals that complement their project teams. Together we are sharing knowledge, learning, growing and continuing to be an integral part of supporting PM Group’s ongoing expansion in the US. The Owner's Project Manager will provide end-to-end management of a multi-project capital program encompassing compliance, lifecycle, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives. Acting as the Owner’s representative, the OPM will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering or architecture discipline (Process, Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
  • 5-10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction environments.
  • Experience leading multiple industrial construction projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Pharma, Medical Device, or Semi-Conductor
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Strong understanding/experience of project controls

  • Oversee all phases of delivery, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

  • Minimizing disruption to ongoing campus operations and ensuring successful coordination within regulated and active environments.
