About The Position

The primary focus of the Owner Relations Specialist is to provide support for our contracted clients’ owners. The ideal candidate will be team oriented with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to prioritize a large workload and manage time to meet tight deadlines while staying agile in dynamic situations.

Requirements

A 2- or 4-year college degree in business administration or related field AND 2 years working experience in an office/professional setting OR An equivalent combination of experience and education.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritize a large workload.
Ability to lead projects and develop solutions that meet business goals.
Team Oriented, collaborative nature with excellent communication skills.
Great written and oral communication skills – phone and email.
Employment eligibility to work with PakEnergy in the United States is required, as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
Candidates are responsible for maintaining and renewing any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Oil & Gas field
Prior owner relations or customer service experience

Responsibilities

Inquiry triage and resolution where support tickets or inquiries are categorized, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate personnel or team for efficient handling and resolution, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly, and resources are utilized effectively.
Creating requests for both internal and external customers to assist owners with their needs, should next level assistance be needed.
Creating physical files and/or digital files to maintain records accuracy.
