About The Position

At Holiday Inn Club Vacations, we believe in strengthening families. We are looking for individuals who exhibit courage, caring, and creativity to help us become the most loved brand in family travel. This position will be responsible for providing Orange Lake owners information on all vacation package offers. Representatives must make owners aware of the package details of participation, verify customer demographics, sell vacation packages and assist owners in booking reservations for their vacation packages.

Requirements

Minimum two years telemarketing sales experience preferably in a large call center environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus.
Understand written/oral instruction, timeshare/hospitality background preferred.
Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs and be enthusiastic and energetic.
Must possess basic data entry and word processing skills.
Superior organizational and tracking skills and the ability to navigate through systems while on phone with the guest.

Nice To Haves

Spanish a plus.
Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

Placing sales calls to owners and referrals with the purpose of selling vacation packages.
Attending team meetings and huddles once a week.
Attending coaching, one on one, and/or training sessions with a supervisor or manager once every 4 weeks.
