About The Position

Bison Transport is seeking experienced Owner-Operator teams for a dedicated regional route primarily running between the Greater Toronto Area, Quebec, and Manitoba, hauling expedited freight. This position requires drivers to be out 5 to 6 days at a time, averaging 5,000 to 5,500 miles per week. The role involves driving on Highway 17 in Ontario and may require occasional travel to other provinces. Additional work and regional freight hauling may be available upon request. Requirements

Experienced Owner-Operator teams.
Must have a qualified team partner.
Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system.
Valid Class 1/AZ License is required.
Must be able to work weekends.
Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
Strong communication skills.
Values safety.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Must be registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

Primarily run between the Greater Toronto Area, Quebec, and Manitoba with expedited freight.
Be out 5 to 6 days at a time, averaging 5,000 to 5,500 miles per week.
Drive on Highway 17 in Ontario.
Be willing to drive to other provinces as required.
Haul all commodities.
Be available for additional work upon request.
Perform regional freight hauling.
