About The Position

We are seeking experienced Owner Operators for Over-The-Road (OTR) driving positions. Owner operators must have trucks that are 2020 or newer to qualify. Compensation is based on a percentage of the load. Drivers benefit from a fuel discount and an optional maintenance account. Orientation is available at our yard, with reimbursement for fuel costs to drive to Wolcott.

Requirements

• Truck must be 2020 or newer.
• Weekly administration fee of $175 (reduced to $125 for operators with their own plates).
• Occupational insurance is mandatory.
• Cargo liability deposit of $2,500 ($100 per week over 25 weeks).
• Provide EIN, 2290, Recent Inspection Form, Title or Lease Agreement, Registration, Bill of Sale, Physical Damage Insurance copy, Drug Consortium (When Applicable).

Nice To Haves

• Provide a trailer (increases compensation to 82%).
• Driver legal plan available for $2.98 per week (highly recommended).
• Optional: Operational Escrow (Highly Recommended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with consistent paycheck during vacations or other situations.

Responsibilities
