About The Position
Pace is seeking an Owner/Operator/Independent Contractor Class A CDL Driver in our Charlotte, NC market. This role involves a dedicated lane running from Charlotte, NC to Macon, GA, 4-5 days per week, requiring a power-only setup. The driver will be home daily.
Requirements
- Have your own working Tractor.
- Meet insurance requirements: $1,000,000 CGL, $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo.
- Must meet MVR, background, and drug screening requirements.
- Must have active operating authority with the FMCSA.
- Drivers must be 21 or older.
Responsibilities
- Must be ok with potential for live load/unload.
- Use delivery app to track delivery progress.
- Represent Pace in a professional and positive manner.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed delivery expectations.
