Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Owner Experience Coordinator delivers exceptional personalized service that enhances the ownership experience at Fairmont Heritage Place, At Nature's Door. This role focuses on owner relations, reservations, communications, engagement programming, concierge style services and coordination with housekeeping and operational teams. The position builds strong relationships with owners and guests, anticipates needs, and ensures every interaction reflects the luxury service standards associated with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
