Our goals overnight are to keep our patients safe and comfortable. You will need experience in performing basic vitals as well as communicating concerns for patients and relaying diagnostic results as needed. You will also need to have experience in placing IV catheters and running blood work. Some restocking and cleaning will also be a portion of the overnight duties. We do not have an emergency or urgent care facility so your patient care responsibilities can be focused on our post operative and hospitalized patients. Our facility will be locked and secure overnight. At Bedrock we place a very high value on our culture and add only kind and competent team members. Requirements

  • Experience in performing basic vitals.
  • Experience in communicating concerns for patients and relaying diagnostic results.
  • Experience in placing IV catheters.
  • Experience in running blood work.
  • Experience in restocking and cleaning.
  • Confident in IV catheter placement.
  • Experience in restraining patients of all sizes and personalities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Successful experiences with overnight shifts.
  • High School diploma or GED certificate.
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and animal handling.

Nice To Haves

  • RVT or LVT are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
