About The Position

VPNE Parking Solutions is seeking an energetic, professional Overnight Valet Garage Supervisor to lead their team at the prestigious Westin Buckhead. The role involves delivering exceptional first and last impressions, leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Prior hotel valet experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Proficiency driving a stick shift / manual transmission is strictly required.
• Ability to pass RMV and criminal background screenings.
• Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat with a strong work ethic.
• Fully proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to run/move quickly, stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly valet operations, manage staffing levels, and resolve escalated operational or guest issues quickly.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Carefully move and park vehicles to minimize accidents.
• Keep the garage organized and meticulously track all keys and vehicles.
• Lead by example with an upbeat attitude, maintain a sharp uniform appearance, and ensure the team adheres to VPNE guidelines.
• Foster a high-energy workplace and encourage team members to deliver welcoming experiences.
• Communicate clearly with incoming and outgoing shifts to review layouts and team plans.
