About The Position
Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking for an Overnight Valet person to join our team. The primary responsibilities include parking and securing guest vehicles, ensuring doors are locked and all hatches and windows are closed, and retrieving vehicles promptly. This role also involves extending a friendly initial welcome to hotel guests.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of Florida.
- License holder must have a 3-year driving history.
- Ability to drive all speed shifts of vehicles, vans, and automobiles.
- Excellent driving record as verified by Motor Vehicle Report.
- Ability to communicate with guests.
- Respond to questions.
- Knowledge of hotel services, local area events and activities.
Nice To Haves
- Customer contact experience preferred.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Park and secure guest vehicles, including locking doors and closing all hatches and windows.
- Retrieve cars at the guest's request.
- Respond to guest questions, issues, and problems regarding parking and retrieving cars, hotel services, local directions, events, points of interest, and activities.
