About The Position

We are hiring Overnight Valet Attendants to join our LAZ family! LAZ Parking is an employee-first company that values its employees. This role involves welcoming guests, parking cars professionally and responsibly, and providing excellent customer service. As a Valet Attendant, you are the first and last impression for clients and customers, making a warm welcome, a smiling face, and a professional demeanor crucial.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license & have had it for 2 years.
Strong customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized.
Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with luggage from vehicle and to vehicle as necessary.
Turn off each car and remove keys.
Provide each customer with a valet ticket and provide retrieval process.
Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed.
Work with or without supervision.
Promote awesome customer relations.
