Call center technicians provide basic remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, software installation, networking, remote setup, and support of company products including system hardware, software, PCs, and Point-of-Sales (POS) equipment for all clients. You would be responsible for communicating with clients and ensuring computer systems are running smoothly and providing maximum performance to the client, diagnosing software issues, operating systems, backup plans, & system failures using established company procedures.
