About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The work helps reduce the non-selling workload for Sales Outfitters and creates more time for customer service and sales opportunities. Tasks are performed under direct supervision using established policies and procedures, and work is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking, and standing; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Complete department recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and preparing and setting up merchandise for ads.
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
