About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The role reduces the non-selling work performed by Sales Outfitters, allowing them to focus on customer service and sales. The position works under direct supervision, following defined policies and procedures, with work reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Complete department recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising, including replacing fixtures, updating signage and end caps, carrying out merchandising directives and floor moves, dressing mannequins, preparing merchandise for advertisements, and performing department resets when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
