About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Associate assists with the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. The role focuses on completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours so Sales Outfitters can spend less time on those tasks and more time providing customer service and selling. Duties span replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, planogram execution, and peak-period OMNI fulfillment. The position works under direct supervision using defined policies and procedures, with work reviewed by a supervisor and limited opportunity for independent judgment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to perform regular computer work, walk and stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform departmental recovery, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, merchandise preparation and setup for ads, and department resets when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
