About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Associate supports the operational functions and overall health of the retail store campus. The role focuses on completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours, reducing the workload of Sales Outfitters so they can focus on customer service and sales. The position performs replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, planogram maintenance, and peak-period OMNI fulfillment. Work is performed under direct supervision using established policies and procedures, and is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to perform regular computer work, walk and stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty-peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and preparing and setting up merchandise for ads.
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
