As an Overnight Support Services Coordinator, you’ll support residential teams, ensure quality care for our residents, and keep our homes running smoothly through the night. Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond in emergencies.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License meeting insurance requirements.
• NM Caregivers Criminal Screening
• Post-offer physical & TB screening
• Drug/alcohol screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential care or similar settings preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call guidance, problem-solving, and mentoring to support overnight teams.
• Ensure quality care by verifying active treatment, safety, and service delivery.
• Review documentation, including notes, attendance, and shift records, for accuracy.
• Assist in homes as needed and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain safety by identifying hazards, assisting with fire drills, and upholding CARC standards.
