About The Position

Ganir & Co. is a trusted leader in hospitality housekeeping and cleaning services, proudly partnering with some of Hawaii's premier luxury resorts. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Overnight Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure exceptional cleanliness, safety, and service standards. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, janitorial, or facility services preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying up to 35 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally).
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support overnight staff to ensure daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees to meet company and client expectations.
  • Conduct quality inspections and follow up on performance.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment, supplies, and inventory are properly maintained.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and report maintenance needs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee training.
  • Help prepare employee schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
  • Monitor attendance and arrange coverage when necessary.
  • Support employee coaching, performance management, and investigations.
  • Complete required documentation, including incident reports, personnel forms, and new hire paperwork.
  • Build positive working relationships with client representatives.
  • Participate in walkthroughs and quality inspections.
  • Communicate project updates, employee concerns, and client feedback to management.
  • Quickly resolve issues while maintaining exceptional customer service.
