About The Position

Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen. White Elephant Aspen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Supervisor to lead the overnight operations of our luxury boutique property. This is a critical role ensuring the smooth transition between guest experiences, safety protocols, and back-of-house operations during the overnight hours of 11pm to 7am. If you thrive in a leadership role, are calm under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service—especially during the quieter hours—this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

  • Prior front desk or hotel supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or boutique properties
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working independently and leading a small overnight team
  • Familiar with hotel software (Maestro and ALICE a plus)
  • Calm, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
  • Able to navigate Aspen’s seasonal demands and environmental conditions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk and guest services operations overnight
  • Serve as the point of contact for late-night guest needs and issues
  • Support and guide overnight staff, ensuring service standards are upheld
  • Perform nightly audits and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and engineering for any urgent needs
  • Prepare reports and ensure a seamless handoff to the morning team
