About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place stock in the correct shelf location. The process is repeated until the assigned area is finished. The posting also describes Food Clerk duties in Meijer’s Fresh departments, including creating a welcoming store experience, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, stocking and merchandising products, using technology, and following food safety and quality procedures. Work may span Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, with other tasks performed as needed.
