About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an L-cart or pallet and placing it on the correct shelf using the location codes on the boxes. Stocking team members help ensure shelves are ready for customers by efficiently and accurately moving products to their assigned locations. The role includes pulling backstock, disposing of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Team members work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time, interact respectfully with customers when needed, work overnight shifts, and support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
