Additionally, it provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and implements related action plans. It also involves building high-performing teams, embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and empowering associates to thrive.
