About The Position

This position leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. It involves touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction. The role also includes introducing and leading company change efforts, providing clear expectations, and implementing business solutions. Additionally, it focuses on driving financial performance and sales through reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow. The position supervises and develops hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. It also ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and upholds the Open Door Policy. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Upholds the Open Door Policy and provides direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, and creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
