It also focuses on merchandise presentation, inventory flow, operational processes, and mitigating shrink to achieve sales and profit goals. The position provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. It ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and utilizes the Open Door Policy.
