About The Position

This position is responsible for stocking products by taking merchandise from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place it in the correct shelf location. The process is repeated until the assigned area is complete. The associate stocks food shelves, returns back stock and trash to the proper areas in the back room, and works with management to ensure assigned areas are stocked on time. The role includes interacting with customers and working night shifts.

Requirements

• Adequate knowledge of computer systems and comfort using them.
• A process-driven approach and the ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of operating a forklift and pallet jack.
