This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. The position also requires maintaining a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, and act with honesty and integrity. A key aspect of the role is ensuring a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues, embracing inclusion and diversity, and working collaboratively to achieve goals. Members are to be provided with service excellence through all points of contact, with a focus on resolving concerns and deescalating situations. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized) is expected. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and business impact is also important.
