The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. This role ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing all trash and debris from the store. Team members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies and procedures, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also responsible for delivering service excellence to members, resolving concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive experience. The role involves daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards, working as a team to deliver a 'Grand opening look daily' by ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage maintained, and the club is clean and organized. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and business impact is also part of the role.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
