This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. It also includes maintaining a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, and act with honesty and integrity. They should ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, and work collaboratively to achieve goals with speed and agility. A friendly and positive attitude is essential. Members are to be delivered service excellence through all points of contact, with concerns resolved and deescalated. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) is expected, along with delivering GOLD club standards daily, including ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is visible and accurate, and the club is clean and organized. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department is also key, recognizing the connection between consistent execution and business impact.
