The Overnight Stock Clerk position involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintaining a neat and clean club environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence to members, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive member experience, adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly; Full, Fresh, Clean). The role also involves working as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is visible and accurate, and the club is clean and organized. Understanding departmental production and financial performance reporting is also part of the role.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club.
• Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled, fully stocked, and has visible, accurate signage and price tags.
• Maintain the neat, clean, and organized environment of the club by removing trash, cardboard, and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies.
• Carry out assigned job functions and responsibilities, supporting club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Act with honesty and integrity, leading with the member in mind to address and escalate concerns.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Embrace inclusion and diversity, working collaboratively and respectfully as a team to achieve goals.
• Deliver service excellence to members, resolving and de-escalating concerns, and committing to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly; Full, Fresh, Clean).
• Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring a "Grand opening look" and executing promotional plans.
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
