This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club. It ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions, support club policies, strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Members are to be provided with service excellence, and concerns should be resolved and deescalated. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, All items stocked and promotional plans executed, Maintain visible accurate signage, Clean and organized, inside and out) is expected. Team members should understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business.
