This role involves supervising overnight operations for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. The supervisor will implement house rules, transport clients, collaborate with treatment teams, and ensure documentation is complete. They will act as a liaison between clinical and housing staff, assist the Program Manager with administrative tasks, and help train new hires. The position requires flexible scheduling and availability for PRN needs, including finding coverage for call-outs and establishing shift structures. Mandatory meetings must be attended virtually if outside scheduled shifts, and this time will be paid. The role demands exceptional client communication and de-escalation skills, the ability to work well with others, and support training for other CA's. The supervisor will also assist in maintaining the facility's environment of care, stocking supplies, and ensuring it meets standards, serving as a direct contact for housing staff.
