Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first). Job Summary: This may include foot patrols, responding to emergencies, completion of detailed reports, and interacting with local law enforcement. Our ideal candidate demonstrates diligence and integrity, while enhancing guest experience. This role supports the overnight shift mainly working from 11:00pm-7:30am.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required.
  • Valid US Driver's license - required.
  • Extensive customer service skills and experience - required.
  • Clean driving record and background check - required.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal - required.
  • Great interpersonal skills - required.
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions - required.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds - required.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to bend, crawl, climb, lift, kneel and crouch - required.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings - required.
  • Able to remain flexible in schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed - required.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with property-owners, guests, and employees.
  • Basic First Aid response.
  • Enacting general emergency procedures in conjunction with resort policies.
  • Basic understanding of emergency and law enforcement services and procedures.
  • Managing and resolving tier-two (transferred from other departments) customer service issues.
  • Enforcing all property regulations.
  • Investigating incidents.
  • Writing and filing reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
